Well for starters, you will definitely not need a pen secondly you need to be full of passion for the product you want to comment on. Q.2 How can I find out the service details?
The price is given in big bold letters on the product page – Price Rs. XXX. And if we are offering a discount on the product – that too will be mentioned right next to the Price. If you have been offered additional discount via promotional communication, then the code can be applied on the checkout page.

What if I make a purchase using my debit/credit card, and the amount gets charged to my card but the order is not successfully placed?
What's that? This never happened till now! But just in case you are the unlucky first – just contact customer service and send us proof of transaction (mini statement of the card) and we will refund your money within 5 working days.

Shipping, Delivery & Packing
Q.1 Is there a shipping charge?
We ship all orders absolutely FREE, irrespective of the order size etc. Now isn't that wonderful?

Q.2 How long do I wait to get my order?
Give us 4-5 working day, and we'll climb the mountain, cross the rivers, traverse the sub continent and will deliver your order on time.

Q.3 How can I track my order?
Click track my order on the top of the page and enter your order number and keep tabs on us.

Q.4 How do you pack my shipment?
All items are packed with a lot of love and care in recyclable cardboard boxes sealed with DONE by NONE magical tape. We also shrink wrap the box for extra protection from the weather and baddies.

Q.5 Are there any Packing charges?
For packing we don't charge anything what so ever the product size or the number is, in the order.

Q.6 What should be done if my package has been opened or tampered with OR I receive an incorrect article?
Do not accept a shipment if either the shrink wrap is missing or the magic DONE by NONE tape seal has been broken. Just show the delivery boy what you mean and call up Customer Care at+91-9266-80-2999 and lodge a complaint.
God forbid, but if you should have received an incorrect article, get on the phone with our Customer Care at +91-9266-80-2999 and scream – for you have the right to! We will arrange return pick and deliver the correct item at no extra cost. But then again – this does not happen.................

Return/Refund and Exchange
Q.1 What is our return policy?
If you should change your mind and wish to return your purchase, we are happy to take it back with no strings attached. Just make sure that:
You let us know that you want to return within 30 days from purchase date.
The products are unused, in the same condition you received them; in their original packaging.
To initiate return, just follow these easy steps:

Contact Customer Care and request return pickup. Our courier service will contact you within 48 hrs to coordinate pickup.
On the appointed day, you can choose to handover the merchandise to the courier, OR shoo him away - if you change your mind.
Once we receive the product, we'll arrange Exchange or Refund as requested.

Q.2 What is our exchange policy?
In order to get a defective item replaced
Contact customer service within 30 days from the date of delivery.
The product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped.

Q.3 What is our Refund policy?
From the date of return pick up we will take 10 working days to process your refund via online transfer to your account.
Prepaid Order: All refunds for prepaid orders are processed via payment reversal and the amount is credited in the same account from which the payment was made.
COD: All refunds will be processed via online transfer to the account number that you have provided to us at the time of return request.
Please note that depending on your card / bank, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
